- Airing your pillow: Your Complete Sleeprrr pillow will have a characteristic brand-new smell that some might find strong. Take the pillow out of the case to air it for a couple of hours prior to first use.
- Fitting your pillow: In most cases, the pillow will be comfortable straight out of the packaging, i.e. without having to modify. We suggest you use it for a couple of days before making any adjustments as your body will adapt to the new supportive pillow.
- Shoulder height: Try the pillow on each side of the contour and see how it contours to your neck and shoulders. You’ll notice that the pillow has a higher long edge on one side than the other. Lying on your side, the pillow should conform to your shoulder’s width and support your head. If your head is tilting upwards, remove one of the built-in inserts to lower the support.
- Reducing firmness: If after a couple of days’ usage that you find that it needs modifying, removing the inserts or ‘noodles’ can help tailor to your comfort level. The brand-new, fresh-out-of-the-packaging smell of your new pillow is normal and can be easily reduced by taking the following steps:
- Option 1: Pop your pillow out of its packaging for a couple of hours and allow to air. We suggest ‘double-bagging’ your pillow using two pillow cases.
- Option 2, for more sensitive noses:Create a mixture 1 part vinegar and 1 part water. Remove the pillow protective net case and spray your vinegar-water mixture on the pillow lightly. Let it sit for 5 minutes before blotting the pillow dry with a cloth.
Will my pillow cases fit?
Yes! Your new Complete Sleeprrr pillow will fit into a standard pillow case.

This is normal! For a lot of people, the Complete Sleeprrr pillow is very different from your common garden pillow with its contour and firmness. Give your body some time to get used to it. In most cases your body will be more comfortable after 2-3 days of nightly use.
